Experience
ABCdecor is a joint owner of real estate development company Prestige Immobiliare.
Over 12 years of work at the real estate market in Italy we have constructed and put into service dwelling houses, villas and apartments, made renovations of secondary housing.
All the above mentioned activities get the required experience, skills and knowledge for developing design projects which are comfortable for living and, at the same time, profitable and suitable for rent, lease or sales.
Due to international customers flow – international clients living in our various property units – we have summarized preferences and know exactly what criteria a property unit should have to be comfortable for living at the seaside.
ABC Decor
When making a design-project, we take into consideration the following:
- How a property unit should look like, so that man can rent or buy it just having seen one photo of this property;
- Fullness of a property unit – what should be in the property unit in order to live with comfort and what can be waste of money and should be avoided.
- Due to our experience in property development and own investments made earlier, we can administrate budget in an effective way when making and implementing a design project, depending on its purpose (personal use and/or investments).
- We can develop a stylish and modern luxury class design project as well as a design project with a small budget (Please see the photos of design projects in the Gallery)
- We take designer’s control at all stages of the construction on our property units.
- When working out a design project, first we select certain pieces of furniture, light and decoration and then think about walls to match them. This approach allows using money wisely, as in most cases, there is no need to make custom-made furniture.
- When developing a design project, an engineer takes control of every stage, so that the property filling, interior objects comply with the Italian regulations. It enables to live comfortably in the property in future and then rent it or sell, if required.
- ABCdecor has got a tried and tested supply chain of construction and finishing materials, technical equipment, furniture, light and decoration, that allows carrying out work in due time with high quality.
Repair
- Our designer, engineer and architect develop a building program for the construction company with Turnkey Approach.
- After that we hold a tender involving at least three subcontractors.
- When the construction company has been selected, we, on our behalf, sign the agreement with this company and supervise the construction work in progress.
- We always have leverage opportunity with respect to subcontractors, as they are interested in cooperating with our company in future.
Project
Apartment Saffi
In 2019 a client contacted ABCdecor company having a request to find an apartment for investments, for further rent.
The client raised the following requirements related to his future real estate unit: a large area to divide it into two parts (two apartments), sea view, a terrace, beaches within walking distance.
Project
Apartment in Limassol, Cyprus
Renovation was 7 years ago. Clients bought an apartment in this house with free layout at the stage of construction
So it gave full scope to designer’s imagination – it is the best of all possible variants
The apartment has got a big floor space, panoramic windows, access to the veranda with frontal sea view. It is not just a project, it is a real present !
