The whole house is furnished and equipped: including kitchenware, bed linen, large household appliances, kitchen equipment, TV sets, powerful WI-FI. There is a dumb-waiter running through three levels.
The sound around system is installed in all the living rooms.
Central gas heating, AC are installed. Alarm system is connected with the local police office. Video surveillance cameras are installed the entire perimeter; they are connected with iDMSS, monitoring system with help of special App which can be downloaded into a smartphone. There are also 2 portable keyboards with alarm activation.
Sun chairs and umbrellas are located in the pool and Jacuzzi area, as well as on all the verandas.
Pool area is equipped with outside marbled shower.
The pool as well as Jacuzzi is heated. The 45 sq.m. pool is equipped with contraflow and disinfected with salt.
Brick barbeque zone is equipped with an electric stove and a large sink with cold and hot water.
Entrance into the villa is possible from two gates, located from different sides. Gates can be opened with help of remote control and through the house intercom system located on all the floors.
There is a spacious parking zone with 6 parking lots, 3 of them are under the roof.
The territory all the entire perimeter is well-lit and fenced in.
The territory of 0.5 ha around the villa includes a magnificent garden, with automated sprinkler system, maintained by professional gardeners. They take care of 50 olive trees which produce around 100 liters of olive oil per year. The territory is decorated with century-old pine-trees, eucalyptus, pomegranates, fig trees, lemon trees, persimmons, mandarins, plums, different palm-trees; there is also a lovely zone of exotic cactuses and flowers. Decorative flower pots with automated sprinkler system are used for flowers all over the territory.
There are pergolas with marbled tables, benches and sunshades all over the territory, so everyone can find a secluded place for rest and relaxation.
