The bedroom 17.3 sq.m. with mezzanine floor 16.5 sq.m., a walk-in wardrobe 10 sq.m., a laundry room, toilet with Jacuzzi (there is a refurbished fresco paining of XVII century on the ceiling).
The apartment is designed for 6 persons (2 double beds, 1 convertible sofa-bed). It has bed linen, towels, a hair dryer, an iron, an ironing board, a fridge, a dish washer and a washing machine, flat-screen TV, an oven, kitchen utensils and kitchenware, air conditioners and WI-FI.
The apartment has central gas heating.
