The 2 floors villa is divided by two different apartments. You can book the the upper floor, as it has its private entrance, a kitchen, 2 bedrooms, WC facilities, and laundry.
In master bedroom there is a double bed, in the second bedroom there is a bunk bed. All rooms have amazing sea view!
In total there are 4 sleeping places.
The apartment is equipped with the required equipment and facilities for comfortable living: powerful WI-FI, Air conditioners, a fridge with a freezer, a stove, a dish washer, a washing machine, an oven, a coffee machine, a tea kettle, kitchenware, bed linen, towels, TV sets, cleaning equipment, hair dryers, irons, dropping boards, ironing boards, etc.

The territory of 8000 mq is equipped with a swimming pool, Turkish sauna and a shower, sun chairs, sun umbrellas, open terrace and with a dining table.
The territory around the villa is fenced in and is decorated with fruits and olive trees, many different flowers.
The road which brings to the villa is large and very comfortable. The gate has a remote control.
There is a spacious parking zone, that provides an opportunity for guests to feel comfortable.
The final cleaning fees = 150€
A city tax is 2€ for each adult (14+) for each night, max to pay for 5 nights. Should be pay in cash during check in
