A living room of 40 sq.m. is equipped with a convertible couch for two, there are a quest bedroom with a single bed, a marbled Turkish sauna with a fountain, a shower, a changing room, guest toilet facilities, a bedroom with a double bed and private WC facilities, a bedroom with two single beds and private WC facilities, a well equipped kitchen, laundry, a storing room.
There is the air conditioner in the living room.
All the rooms, as well as the kitchen, have a direct access to the veranda with panoramic sea view.
The floor is designed for 7 persons.

A villa with sweeping views over the sea is for rent. The total area of the villa is 360 sq.m.

The villa has got three levels. You can both book the whole villa and a separate floor, because every floor has got private entrance, a kitchen, bedrooms, WC facilities, and laundry.

The final cleaning fees = 145€ The cleaning should be at the moment of order

A city tax is 2€ for each adult (14+) for each night, max to pay for 5 nights. Should be pay in cash during check in

EVERY FLOOR is equipped with the required equipment and facilities for comfortable living: powerful WI-FI, Air conditioners, a safe, a fridge with a freezer, a stove, a dish washer* except the 2nd floor, a washing machine, an oven, a coffee machine, a tea kettle, kitchenware, bed linen, towels, TV sets, cleaning equipment, hair dryers, irons, dropping boards, ironing boards, etc.

There is a dumb-waiter running through the whole villa.

The territory of 0.5 ha is equipped with a heated pool with contraflow, outside Jacuzzi and a shower; every floor has barbeque zone, there are also sun chairs, sun umbrellas, lots of verandas and each of them has a dining table.

The territory around the villa is fenced in and is decorated with fruits and olive trees; the alarm system is installed as well.

There is a spacious parking zone with 6 parking lots that provides an opportunity for all quests to feel comfortable.
