The unique apartment in loft style with sea view and a total area of 126 sq.m. was designed in accordance with the individual project in 2018. You can come from a spacious living-room with a dining zone and a kitchen 50 sq.m. to leisure zone, from where you can go up to a study, 10 sq.m.
The apartment is divided into 2 parts, each of them having a bedroom, a dressing-room and a bathroom. There is a SPA zone with shower and a Finnish sauna in the semi-basement floor. Besides, the entrance has a spacious wardrobe and a laundry room next to the kitchen.
The apartment is designed for 4 persons (2 double beds), it has bed linen, towels, a hair dryer, an iron, an ironing board, a fridge, a dish washer and a washing machine, flat-screen TV, an oven, kitchen utensils and kitchenware, air conditioners and WI-FI.
The apartment has central gas heating.
