Long-term lease
If you are looking for an apartment /a villa for a long period of time (long-term lease), please send us your inquiry abcdecoritalia@gmail.com
We will find the best variant for you and provide with the relevant conditions. We provide custom-tailored approach to each client in each case.
In case of long-term lease, all public facilities (electricity, water supply, gas, internet) are paid separately.
Accommodation rules
(Only for Short-term Rent)
- Accommodation price includes public facilities (electricity, water supply, gas, internet)
- The price is indicated per night
- Cleaning is not included in the price. Price for cleaning of each property is indicated separately in the calendar
- Check-in – from 3 p.m till 8 p.m. Check-out – from 10 a.m. till 11 a.m.
- Please kindly inform us about your estimated time of arrival to the indicated WhatsApp contact details, so that we could arrange our meeting.

The amount of deposit will be paid back on thecheck-out day, in the case the apartments remain as provided at the moment of check-in.
- Free booking cancelation is 14 days prior to your arrival.
- If you are going to travel with a pet, please kindly inform us about it in advance.
- When checking-in, all guests must show a passport or any other identity document.
- In Italy the city tax at the amount of 2€ per person per night is imposed, the tax does not apply to children under 10 y.o. The city tax must be paid in cash on the day of departure.
- When checking-out, all the guests receive the bill for the accommodation cost and the city tax.
